A Little Tuesday Tutorial...

Just one of the many benefits of Whimsie Doodles rubber stamps is that you can create your own fantastic backgrounds with ease (that just happen to match both the new Whimsie Doodles rubber stamps AND the digistamps!!  Woo Hoo!!).

Melyssa was kind enough to put together a short tutorial on making your own background, as shown on this card from yesterday:



How to make a your own background
Start by placing your stamps (two hearts from L'il Cupid stamp set) at odd angles from each other.

Ink the stamps (I used White Daisy from CTMH). 
The white pigment ink from CTMH is the best white ink I've found!

I always start at the edge of the cardstock.  Always stamp off the card.  It looks more natural then if all the images happen to fit perfectly inside the card face.

Rotate the images every time you stamp. And your done!
