Good Monday Morning
  Wendy here with a fun way to create a Birthday Card using the adorable Photo Lizzie from the People Digi section at Whimsie

I started out by coloring up Lizzie with Copics and added some picture perfect designer paper...
 I found a tutorial and download file HERE on-line  for the POP UP camera it was  super easy to create and adds the perfect touch on the inside of my card
