Sea Shell Leah

I know many places are suffering with double digit below zero temperatures, so I thought I would share some warm thoughts with you today.  My card is featuring Seashell Leah and what a cutie she is!

She can be found in the Whimsie Doodles store under the People Digi's.  Here's a little closer look-

Leah was colored with Copic markers and the background was made by dripping drops of alcohol inks in water and dipping white cardstock into it.  It is similar to the shaving cream technique of adding color to paper.  Fun to do and it gives kind of a watery feel, don't you think?
