Whimsie Wednesday Challenge-Who's the (em)Boss?

Hello! It's Linda!

It is Wednesday which means it is time for the Whimsie Wednesday Challenge. This is exciting for me because it is my first turn to present the challenge as a Doodlelicious Diva, and I find I am wearing my teacher hat. Raise your hand if you have numerous jars of embossing powder in a drawer or on a shelf being ignored. Well, today we are going to change that. Get ready to fire up your heat gun!

So what is the challenge? It is to create a project that includes the usage of embossing powder...any color of  powder will work. Once you have created your project, link it up here on our blog using the Link button below, and leave a comment to let us know you have entered the challenge. You have until next Tuesday night, July 20th, at midnight to upload your project, get it linked, and entered in our contest. We will choose a random winner to receive a free image! Woo Hoo!

Now dust off those jars of embossing powder and plug in your heat gun and make a card. We'd love for you to use a Whimsie Doodles image, but it isn't required. Be sure to invite your friends to play along. We can hardly wait to see your creation and how you incorporated embossing!

Here is my creation for the challenge. It is Whimsie Doodles' "Dottie Laid Back". The sand is Stamp-n-Stuff embossing powder. Do you see it on her flipflops? If you have been to the beach you know that sand sticks to everything!

Have fun creating and stay cool!

I have entered a card and the fire extinguisher, flowers on madam's dress, the sentiment, the dots on the birthday cake and the flower embellishments are embossed and the rest is done with copics. For a better view, please visit my blog at: http://tammy-tammyspot.blogspot.com/.

Thanks for the fun challenge.
