Firstly though a big thanks to everyone who played along in January's challenge Anything Goes with an Optional Twist It Must be Love!. We loved looking at all the entries.

The winner, chosen at random, is.....

#4 Teachdanz

You have won FIVE standard images of your choice. Please email Andrea at with the images of your choice and put  "January Challenge Winner" as the subject line to claim your prize.

Now onto our February challenge.

The theme this month is Anything Goes with an Optional Twist "Anything Work or Career Related".

The Divas will be showcasing cards following the twist. It would be great if you could too but it is NOT essential.

  Patricia  using Dr Leah

There will be one winner drawn at random from all eligible entries. If the winning entry has followed the 'Anything Goes' theme the prize will be THREE standard Whimsie Doodles images of their choice. However, if the winning entry has followed the twist the prize is FIVE standard Whimsie Doodles images!

Happy Valentine's Day

Hi there Whimsie Doodles Fans

Andrea here today wishing you all a Happy Valentine's Day.

My inspiration card has a Toad-ly awesome image, perfect for these valentine makes!
I love this guy in his Toad suit and the punny sentiment that comes with it.  You can find this image here in the people section of the Whimsie Doodles Store.

I colored him in with my copics and kept the layout pretty simple just adding an embossed heart background and some scraps of paper. If you would like any more information on the supplies I used  please pop over to my blog.

Thanks so much for popping by today.
See you again soon.

Just for you card

I am here with some inspiration for you. I made a very simple card (I bet you have seen this kind of design several times in my blog) using Little artist from people's digis in the store.

I colored it with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, but I didn't write down the colors.

The background is made with a texture plate from Fiskars and some circle clear stamps from Happy Little Stampers. The sentiment is a rubber stamp from Recollections.

I hope you liked the card I have for today. Don't forget that we have our challenge here at Whimsie Doodles every 15th of the month and it is Anything goes. I think you still have time to enter before it ends! You can find the link to the current challenge in the right side bar.

Patricia here with some inspiration. I decided to make this Graduation card using Grad Girl. You can find it in the shop

I colored the image with Copic and Spectrum Noir markers. For more details see my blog.

The yellow panel is embossed with an embossing folder from Cuttlebug and the frame and the image are cut with die cuts from My Favorite Things.
