Happy Wednesday!  Cathy here with a little Shamrock Sweetie or should I say Shamrock Leah!  I don't know about you, but this is the one holiday I always have trouble finding cute papers, stamps or embellishments, but Whimsie Doodles made it very easy for me this year! :)

I paper pieced her darling outfit, and colored up the remaining portion of the image with Copics.  Easy-peasy! :)
