Tuesday Tutorial: Paper Piercing

Here is another great idea from Joy to fill a space that you think needs a little extra something on your card without the bulk of a 3D embellishment.
I love paper piercing, and if I have a card that has a little extra space that I don't necessarily want to clog up with emellishments, etc., but still want to do a little something without adding too much, I do some paper piercing.
You don't need any special tools really, just a paper piercer, and can use tools you have laying around, like a ruler. If I want a circle, I use my nesties- scalloped nesties work great because I can use the outside of the scallops for perfectly pierced shapes.

It is so funny you posted this, because I just found a paper piercing template in my drawer and thought, when would I use this? Now I know! LOL. Great card!
