Tuesday Tip: Adding Texture By Scoring

If you really want a quick and easy way to make a background on your cards without decorative paper or an embossing folder, is to simply use a ruler and a scoring tool to make lines, diamonds or squares to your project! It gives your beautifully colored images a little extra oomph and it is a simple way to add a ton of texture to a solid piece of cardstock.  Check out this sample card from Melyssa to see exactly what I mean...

P.S.  The countdown is on to our HUMONGOUS blog hop this Thursday!  You will not want to miss these projects or these prizes!!  Eeeeek!  I'm telling you it is all I can do to not spill the beans!
