Whimsie Wednesday 56: Scratch-n-Sniff

Good Mornin' Sunshines!
Today's Whimsie Wednesday Challenge is to add a scratch-n-sniff element to your creation!  "How on earth do you do such a thing?", you may be asking yourselves, and I have three ideas for you...but if you have other ideas, I'd love to see them!

#1  Use Scented Embossing Powder (Yep, it exists!)
#2  Make your Own Scratch and Sniff Embossing Powder (Yep, it is easy peasy!)
#3 Use a Scratch and Sniff Gel Pen  (Yep, I'm giving one away to this week's winner!)

To Make Your Own Scratch-N-Sniff Embossing Powder:
Mix 1 Teaspoon of clear embossing powder with 1 Teaspoon of SUGAR FREE jello mix (sugar free means it won't burn when you heat it!!).  Use as you would use regular embossing powder.  When you do, you get a result such as this...
I went back and added the above recipe (using lemon flavored jello) to the lime wedge on the glass using a Versamark Pen!  Eeeek!  It smells lemony!

When You Use a Scratch-N-Sniff ink gel pen, you can easily add accents to your projects such as the steam on the hot cocoa on my card....

Because these gel pens were a new discovery for me, I decided to share my find with the lucky winner this week!  So, in addition to the free Whimsie Doodles, you will also get one of these chocolate scented gel pens from me in the mail-- perfect for all of the Snowman Soup you'll be making this month!

Be sure to link up your project below to be considered for the prizes!  You have until midnight next Tuesday, November 9th, to get them loaded up and in the running!  Can't wait to see your gorgeous creations!!

Can you please tell me what brand of pen that is and where you found them, because I've yet to find them online or at michaels.

Thanks! :)
