Meet our June 2012 Guest Artist - Mary Johnson!

I am so excited to be able to share a little more with you about our June Guest Artist - Mary Johnson! She has been sharing some adorable cards on her blog this month using Whimsie Doodles images. Here is a little more about her, in her own words…

Hello!  My name is Mary, known as Mary J of Where's My Creativity? in blogland and I am extremely excited to be Whimsie Doodles' guest designer this month!   I am of mixed heritage - Chinese, English and Portuguese - was born in Hong Kong but moved to England when I was 2 years old.  I have been with Steve for 15 years and live in a small village in East Sussex.  We don't have any children, but we do have two Yellow Labradors, Poppy (5 years old) and Luly (2 years old).   We obviously do a lot of dog walking, but we also love to be down at the coast and spend time with family.

I started blogging in July 2009 in my early days of cardmaking and used it as a way to challenge myself to improve my skills as I had very little time to craft (what with a demanding day job!).  I usually make cards and the majority of them are all sold for charity.  I like to try different styles from CAS to steampunk, but I mainly like bright, fresh and cute - Whimsie Doodles fits like a glove!
