Mister Bunny

Hi Whimsie Doodles Friends,

It's Andrea here.

Can you believe it is nearly Easter? Where is the time going!?
Today I would like to share a simple masculine Easter card with you.
This cutie is called Mister Bunny and you can find him here in the shop. I love his outfit with the cutie bow tie.

I coloured him in with my copics, added some glossy accents to his nose and black enamel to his eyes to give him a bit more character. I paired him up with some coordinating designer paper scraps and a couple of sequins. The sentiment is computer generated.

If you would like more information on the supplies I used please pop over to my blog.

Thanks for popping by and have a great day.

HapBee Hello

Hi Whimsie Doodles Friends,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and is finding some time to craft. Here in Australia, summer is well on its way so I decided to create a fresh summery card before Christmas makes take over!

I love this bee and have been wanting to make a card with him for quite some time - so cute and such fun to colour. This image is called 'Pollen for You' and can be found here in the shop.

I coloured him up with my copics and added some rock candy to his wings and some glossy accents to his nose for extra dimension before cutting him out.  Please pop over to my blog for more details on how I created the scene.

Thanks so much for popping by, and remember our challenges are now anything goes and you do not have to use one of our images to enter...so whats stopping you!

You're Fangtastic

Hi There,

It's Andrea here, and today I would like to share a fangtastic card with you all.  We don't really celebrate Halloween over here in Australia but that doesn't stop me from making Halloween themed cards, especially when there are so many fantastic images available in the shop!

I wanted to make a masculine card so decided to use Vampie, one of the images from the Little Boo's set. I love this set, it has a great range of characters and they're so cute, not scary at all! You can view and buy the set here.

Here is what I came up with:

I coloured the image with my copics and framed him using a couple of die cut circles. I paired him up with some halloween digital paper and created the sentiment on my computer. If you would like any more details on the supplies I used please pop over to my blog.

Thanks for popping by, have a great day.

Fruity Notes

Hi Whimsie Doodles Friends,

Happy Friday to you all.

Today I would like to share a couple of small note cards I made using the Sentiment-edibles digital stamp set.

I love this tasty set, it's so versatile and the images are easy to color, making them ideal for quick cards. I kept my cards simple and clean, layering up with some designer paper and some ribbon.

Here is a peek at the full set which you can find in the this and that section of the shop.

Oh, incase you haven't heard our monthly challenge is now Anything Goes, so your welcome to link up any projects you've recently made to be in with a chance of winning some whimsie doodles images. Looking forward to seeing your makes.

Thanks for popping by. I hope you have a great weekend and manage to squeeze some crafting time in!

You're Amazing!

Hi Whimsie Doodles Friends,
I hope everyone has had a good week.
It's Andrea here, and today I would like to share a soft pink girly card with you!

For my card I used the sweetest digi ever. This digi is called 'She has Wings' and can be found here.

She has been sitting patiently on my desk for a number of weeks now as I wanted to pair her up with some soft flowery paper and it took me a while to browse through my collection to find the right paper. I got there in the end though and I really enjoyed putting this card together. I hope you like her too.
Feel free to pop over to my blog if you would like more information on all the supplies I used.

I hope you have a great weekend and see you again soon.

Hi Mr Gnome

Hi Friends, it's Andrea here wishing you a very happy Sunday.

Today I would like to share a card I made using one of the sweet, wee gnomes available in the Store. This guy is called Gnome Sayin' and comes with that sentiment too!  He is such a cutie!

I like to have a good mix of general greeting cards in my stash and though this guy would be perfect for a note card.  My aim was to try and keep the colours relatively soft (for a change) but also to have lots of texture. I ended up using two different embossing folders, three types of patterned paper, as well as ribbon, string, enamel dots and chipboard!!  I do love how it came out.

You can find details on all the supplies I used on my blog.

Enjoy the rest of your day,

Hugs Ax

Ahoy!

Ahoy there,

It's Andrea here wishing you a very happy Tuesday.  Today I would like to share a card I make using this super cute image called Life Saver.  She is available in two different outfits - a stripy skirt and these cute shorts. You can find both versions here.

I love nautical themed cards, and blue and red are my two favorite colours, so I thoroughly enjoyed putting this card together.

Thanks so much for popping by, see you again soon.

Happy Crafting,

I love coloring rubber and digital stamps and make cards with them. I usually make CAS cards, but I am learning little by little other styles. Outside of the crafting world, I love to be outdoors with my family, spending time with my friends and reading. You can visit Patricia's blog here http://kindacutecards.blogspot.com/

My name is Karen, and I enjoy papercrafting, sharing and inspiring others with my creations. I absolutely love using rubber stamps and/or digi images, then coloring them with my Copic markers. Papercrafting is my passion, keeps my life balanced, and takes me to my happy place. I have been blogging since January 2012 and have had the opportunity to work on many Design Teams.
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Washington. I currently live in the city of Tukwila with my hubby, Kurt. We have been married 34 years and we have two handsome sons, Kyle and Kory. I am a Finance Tech II for a large school district during the work week. Evenings and weekends, I try to spend time in my crafty space whenever time allows.
Besides having a passion for papercrafting, I also enjoy baking, cooking, eating good food, red wine, dark chocolate, traveling and laughing. Basically, I just want to have fun and enjoy life!

Hang in There

Hi There,

It's Andrea here today wishing you all all very happy Friday.

Today I would like to share a card I made using one of the awesome Freebies that are available in the Store.

I love red and black and also love ladybugs so I really wanted to colour up the Hang in There image so out came my trusty copics.

I added some glossy accents to his nose and some black enamel accents to his black spots which added some extra dimension.  I paired the image up with some scrap pieces of designer paper I had in my stash. I picked up the cute wee wooden ladybug in the dollar shop a while ago and I had to add him to my card too! For a detailed list of the supplies I used please pop over to my blog.

Have a great weekend and happy crafting.

It's a Boy Thing!

Hi there,

It's Andrea here with some doodlelicious inspiration for you this Wednesday.

I don't know about you but I find male cards so hard to make and especially ones for teenage boys! Thankfully there are some awesome male images available in the Store which are perfect for these masculine makes.  For my card today I used Hoodie Jayson and he so reminds me of both my brothers when they were teenagers - hood always up and the hands in the pockets!

I coloured Jayson in with my copics and fuzzy cut him out. I paired him with some designer paper and grey card and mounted this onto an embossed card front.  I also added some ribbon and some blue enamel stars for texture. For full details on the supplies I used pop over to my blog.
I hope you like him.

Thanks for popping by and have a great day.

Happy New Year

Hi everyone!  It's Susie and I'm here to show you this card using

Isn't this guy just about the cutest snowman you've ever seen?  I colored him with Copic markers after using the print and cut feature on my Silhouette Cameo.  I added some gold stars and a bit of Wink of Stella to finish my card.

This is my last post here on the blog.  I've had a wonderful time as a Doodlelicious Diva...but now it's time for me to move on.  However, I'll still be following the blog and can't wait to see YOUR work.

This card is on my blog today, and I'd love for you

Happy (early) New Year!!!

Happy early New Year friends!!  kel here with a simple New Years card to share!!  I know Christmas just wrapped up but I always look forward to the New Year and a fresh start!!

For my card, I used USA Lizzie (on the People Digis page) and instead of coloring her up with patriotic colors, went with the typical black and yellow/gold kinda scheme for New Years.  And I found this super old, super fun fireworks paper in my scrap pile too... how perfect is that?!?  I'm so sad we're not allowed to pop fireworks anymore though, it used to be such a super fun thing we did every year as a family.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and will have an even more amazing New Year!!

Have A Cute Christmas!!

Happy Holidays friends!!  kel here today to share a super fun, simple Christmas card with you.  And before we I share my card, I wanted to say Merry Christmas to my WD family!!   I won't "see" you guys again until after Christmas!!

I used Winter Candy (in the Christmas section of the store) on my card.  I just loved her candy cane... my oldest son loves them so we always buy a couple boxes of the mini ones when they go on clearance after christmas lol!!

I colored her up with my Copics and used all scraps on her card.  Always happy to use up scraps!!  haha!!  She's popped up on some small 3D dots too, just making sure that she stands out!!

Hope everyone's having a wonderful week!!  See you again soon!
